Who we are

FCF Invest is a private investment collective based in Belgium, founded in Antwerp in 2021. We are registered under enterprise number BE 0804.341.420, with our office at Heidestraat 60, 2520 Ranst, Belgium. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. What data we collect and why

We only collect what we need to run the collective:

• Contact form submissions. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message so that we can read and reply to it.
• Partner accounts. For partners, we hold an email address and a login account so that you can sign in securely to the partner area.

Partnership is invite and allowlist based. FCF Invest is not a public product, and nothing here is financial advice.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We process partner-account data on the basis of the contract and our legitimate interest in operating the partnership and keeping accounts secure.

Where your data is stored

Our site is hosted on Vercel. Partner records and contact submissions are stored in Supabase (a managed PostgreSQL database) hosted in the European Union. Authentication is handled by Supabase. We use these providers as processors acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is reasonably needed: contact messages for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing or potential relationship, and partner-account data for the duration of the partnership. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or, on request, sooner.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the hosting and infrastructure providers described above, strictly to run the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@fcfinvest.be. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is cookieless and aggregate only: it sets no cookies, does not track you across websites, and stores no personal information about you.
